Gallows Point Resort: $300 deposit to confirm.
Gatehouse Suites: $300 deposit to confirm.
Villa Coco de Mer: $1,000 deposit to confirm.
Peter Bay Beach House: $1,000 deposit to confirm.
Peter Bay Beach Cottage: $300 deposit to confirm.
Villa La Vita: 50% of rental deposit by check to confirm.
Las Brisas Caribe: $1,000 deposit to confirm.
Villa Delfina: 50% of rental deposit by check to confirm.
The Cliff House: 50% of rental deposit by check to confirm.
Villa Cinnamon Breeze: $1,000 deposit to confirm.
Balance Due: 60 days prior to arrival.

Terms & Conditions
- All rentals are non-smoking.
- A 12.5% USVI tax and 5% administrative fee applies.
- Service fee applies to all rentals.
- You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
- Children under 5 years old are not permitted at Gallows Point Resort.
- No pets.
Cancellation Policy
- We will refund your deposit in full provided your cancellation is made via email, or letter, 60 days prior to arrival.
- No refunds for early departures.
Travel Insurance Advisory
Please be advised that all reservations are non-refundable if not cancelled within the terms stated above. We highly recommend the acquisition of travel insurance (minimum of trip cancellation insurance) to protect yourself against the unexpected.
