Peter Bay Beach
Peter Bay Beach is your private white sand beach, exclusive to you as a Peter Bay VIP guest. Geographically, Peter Bay Beach is part of St. John's north shore beaches, and as beautiful as the national park beaches seen in the background. While the national park beaches can occasionally be overtaken by cruise ship snorkeling tours and beach tourism, as Peter Bay VIP guests, pristine Peter Bay Beach, and its majestic panoramas are yours to enjoy without the crowds. Peter Bay Beach is a beautiful, world-class white sand beach with pristine snorkeling located only a short stroll from your La Vita villa. Peter Bay Beach is generally a very calm beach safe for children since Mary Point peninsula protects the north shore bays from the open ocean. Weather conditions can certainly cause stronger waves, so always "safety" first" and monitor everyone. The Cinnamon Bay national park concession offers water sport rentals of various types. You may also rent larger boats and motorized inflatable dinghies in Cruz Bay to use Peter Bay beach as your day base camp to explore the spectacular St. John north shore during your La Vita visit. The Cinnamon Bay concession is only a few minutes drive from Peter Bay.

Perfect for Weddings
Villa Coco de Mer consists of 3 structures on .6 acres overlooking Cinnamon Bay & Francis Bay, allowing privacy and seclusion for up to 5 couples, and plenty of space for weddings and special event functions. The main areas are the the Great House (upper level Great Room, lower level bedroooms), The Guest Pavilion, the Guest Cottage, the amphitheater area, and the 50 foot pool.
5 Bedrooms
All of Coco De Mer's bedrooms have king beds and are air conditioned (one of the lower great house bedrooms has a set of twin beds that convert to a king), and all have French doors that open to views, decks or balconies. All bedrooms have a satellite TV/VCR and a tiled bath and shower and all are attractively furnished and accessorized.
50 Foot Pool
The Villa Coco de Mer 50 foot pool with its breathtaking view of the U.S. Virgin Islands National Park anchors this grand Peter Bay estate located on St. John's spectacular north shore. The spacious Coco de Mer pool deck at the lower end of the amphitheater stairs offers awe-inspiring Caribbean views of famous Cinnamon Bay Beach.
3 Structure Estate
Villa Coco De Mer is a spacious, beautiful estate house that consists of three buildings; a 2-level great house, a 2-level guesthouse to the west of the great house, and a private 1-level guesthouse to the east.
